What are Coins and Cashback?

Coins are essentially the same as loyalty points! (remember the days when you carried loyalty cards around…)

Coins will be credited to you whenever your order is processed and shipped out by us.

You will earn 1 Coin for every $1SGD spent on qualifying purchases on our website. (updated on 30 October 2021)

Coins are calculated in round-down method. Example – $21.50 of cart value will allow you to earn 21 coins
The amount of coins that you will earn can be seen on the payment page

If any amount of the order is cancelled or refunded (due to various reasons), the coins redeemed will automatically be deducted.
