2) Parcel collection follows the schedule displayed on ShopeeXpress’s website.
3) Support is not available for those collecting their parcels for ShopeeXpress. Please seek support from ShopeeXpress directly.
Frequently Asked Questions
I cannot see the store pickup option at the payment page?
To enable to system to show the delivery option to the user (either delivery via courier or store pick-up), you will need to fill in the billing address text input area.
After filling in your name, address, postal code, mobile number and email address, you will be able to select Shipping Option as “Store Pick Up”.
Your contact details will be used to verify your order details at the collection point, and also for the warehouse to contact you if there are changes in your order etc.
How long do I need to wait before collecting my order?
Your order will typically be ready within 1-3 working days and you will receive an email informing you about it (Your order is ready for pick-up).
Your order status will also be updated to “Ready for Collection”.
Please check your spam folder in case our emails do not show up in your mail inbox.
If you attempt to collect before your order is ready for collection, stocks may not be present as stock transfer between warehouse and collection point happens on a weekly.
How to change to delivery?
If you’ve selected the self-collect option by mistake or have a change of mind and wish to change to delivery, please message us on our livechat for help.
Additional top-up will be required for delivery and payment can be made under your respective order via ‘My Orders’ page.
Can I make payment after I arrange an appointment to view products?
Without any payment or order ID, your items will not be prepared for you, and stocks will be subject to each individual collection point’s availability.
Prices may differ due to different promotional pricing.
Are you open on public holidays?
Subject to each individual collection point’s policies, they may be closed earlier on the eve of public holidays, and closed on public holidays.
How long do I have to collect the items?
If items are not collected within 7 working days, stock may not be available at the collection point anymore.
You may subsequently wait for the new items to be transferred to the collection point again (no extra fees), or in case of stock-out, wait for the next batch of stock (usually 2-4 weeks).
