3 -Nearest MRT: Bukit Batok. Take bus 189 from interchange, alight on 5th stop (opposite HDB block 291E), cross the road, and walk straight in from main entrance. Blk 2022 is at the end of the compound.
4 - If coming by car, you may park at the carpark below or loading bay. Please come up by the lift lobby to level 3.

With effect from 3 April 2022, orders and items will no longer be available for pick-up from Balestier Point. Kindly select delivery or store-collect at Bukit Batok instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I need to wait before collecting my order?

Your order will typically be ready within 1-3 working days and you will receive a WhatsApp message informing you about it (Your order is ready for pick-up).

If you attempt to collect before your order is ready for collection, stocks may not be present as stock transfer between warehouse and collection point happens on a weekly.

How to change to delivery?

If you've selected the self-collect option by mistake or have a change of mind and wish to change to delivery, please message us on our livechat for help.

Additional top-up will be required for delivery and payment can be made under your respective order via 'My Orders' page.

Can I make payment after I arrange an appointment to view products?

Without any payment or order ID, your items will not be prepared for you, and stocks will be subject to each individual collection point's availability.

Prices may differ due to different promotional pricing.

Are you open on public holidays?

Subject to each individual collection point's policies, they may be closed earlier on the eve of public holidays, and closed on public holidays.

How long do I have to collect the items?

If items are not collected within 7 working days, stock may not be available at the collection point anymore.

You may subsequently wait for the new items to be transferred to the collection point again (no extra fees), or in case of stock-out, wait for the next batch of stock (usually 2-4 weeks).
