Order Statuses

Here are the few statuses your order usually encounters

  • Pending Payment: We have not received payment for your order. Proceed to your cart here to complete payment.
  • On Hold: We are either awaiting payment due to payment gateway issues or in the midst of verifying your order.
  • Processing: We have received your order and shipping details. Our fulfillment team will aim to pack and send out your items to our logistics partners the next working day. Orders after 8PM will be typically packed on the next working day.
  • Shipped: Your order will marked as Shipped once our fulfillment team has arranged logistic arrangements for your parcel. At this stage, the parcel will be awaiting pick-up by our logistics partners. You may track your parcel status via the tracking codes provided.
  • Delivered: Your order will be marked as Delivered once our logistic partners has delivered their product to your location. You may also check your parcel status under your orders page. For those who selected store collection, this means your parcel has been collected by you.
  • Ready for Pickup: For Store-Collect orders, your order has been packed and is ready for pickup at our collection point.
